The following personal data may be collected pertaining to the Data Subjects:

  • Basic personal data such as name, date of birth, contact details, and professional title.
  • Data related to offering services and maintaining client relationship such as contacting, invoicing, ordering, and delivery information.
  • Data describing the online behaviour of visitors on Solecco Oy’s website.
  • Data deemed necessary for marketing and promoting sales such as client feedback and statistics data on newsletter recipients.
  • Other data collected with separate consent of the client or lodger.

Regular data sources of the register

Personal data processed in the register are, for the major part, collected from data provided by the Data Subjects to Solecco Oy and data formed upon service offers and ordinary maintaining of client relationships. When using the website www.solecco.fi, data describing online behaviour are automatically recorded in the register.

Release of data

Data collected in the register are not released to third parties for marketing purposes without separate consent from the Data Subject. Personal data recorded in the register may also be released to authorities with statutory right to receive data from the register.

Transferring data outside the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA)

We do not release any data collected in the register outside the EU or EEA.

Register protection and storage period of personal data

Data within the register are stored inaccessible to outsiders, in a space locked with password and login. Authorisation to process the register data is only given to persons within Solecco Oy’s organization whose tasks require the processing of the register data. Anyone processing the register data must consider the contents of this Privacy Policy and maintain the secrecy of the data from any third parties. Any unnecessary and irrelevant data are deleted from the register appropriately. Register data is deleted at the latest when it no longer serves the purpose of use for personal data stated in this Privacy Policy.

Right to inspect

In accordance to the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to inspect what data concerning them has or has not been recorded in a register. The Data Controller will provide the aforementioned data upon written request. The person requesting to inspect the register data must verify their identity, and the request must be sent in written form to the Data Controller. A request for inspecting the register data is free of charge for a maximum of one request per year (12 months).

Right to rectification

Every Data Subject in the register has the right to demand the rectification of any inaccurate data or the completion of any incomplete data. The person requesting to rectify or complete the data must verify their identity, and the request must be sent in written form to the Data Controller. The request shall also specify the incorrect or incomplete data.
