Data collected in the register are not released to third parties for marketing purposes without separate consent from the Data Subject. Personal data recorded in the register may also be released to authorities with statutory right to receive data from the register.

The person requesting to inspect the register data must verify their identity, and the request must be sent in written form to the Data Controller. A request for inspecting the register data is free of charge for a maximum of one request per year (12 months).
Right to rectification
Every Data Subject in the register has the right to demand the rectification of any inaccurate data or the completion of any incomplete data. The person requesting to rectify or complete the data must verify their identity, and the request must be sent in written form to the Data Controller. The request shall also specify the incorrect or incomplete data.
